Although sub-clinical nutritional deficiencies are rampant in Western society, most people still believe their diet supplies all of their nutrient needs.

My background includes experience in outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, canoeing, team sports, distance running, martial arts, yoga, Tai Chi and Qi Gong. This allows me to be able to give you the techniques and ideas to get you to an appropriate level of physical fitness, whether you want to lose some weight, become more calm and flexible, have more energy or even get yourself prepared for competitive events.
